Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Impulsive Digital Media (IDM) is operated by Peter Chan, ABN 43 195 638 233, in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business name, the subject of your enquiry and anything else you include. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details or other people's confidential records.
The current enquiry tool prepares an email draft. Form entries are processed in your browser; this website does not submit or save them. We receive the message when you choose to send it using your email application.
The online enquiry form sends your entries to Formspree, which processes the submission, makes it available in its dashboard and sends a notification to IDM's email inbox. Formspree may process technical information to operate the form and manage spam. See Formspree's privacy policy.
How we use enquiry information
We use it to respond, understand your request, discuss potential work, deliver agreed services and maintain relevant correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Website operation and analytics
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, using hosting infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
We have not added advertising pixels, audience profiling or third-party marketing analytics to this version of the website. If we introduce them, we will update this notice and any related website controls as appropriate.
Service providers and disclosure
Our website hosting, email and any enabled enquiry-form providers process information needed to operate those services. Service providers may process or store information outside Australia. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect rights.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Provider logs and form records are subject to the provider's settings and retention practices. We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and questions
You can ask us about information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and consider any obligations to retain records. Contact peter.chan@impulsivedigital.media.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
